Job Description:

We are actively seeking self-motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Tele Sales Representatives on a commission-based structure. As a commission-based telesales representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our products or services. This position offers unlimited earning potential based on your sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers using the provided leads or lists.
  • Product/Service Presentation: Effectively present and explain the features and benefits of our products or services to potential customers.

  • Record Keeping: Accurately and consistently document customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the features and benefits of our products or services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize the overall sales strategy and improve the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Previous experience in commission-based telesales or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product/service features and benefits clearly.
  • Target-Driven: Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and overcome obstacles with a positive and resilient attitude.

Compensation:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, commission-based sales executive to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to drive new business acquisitions in the telecom sector. The sales executive will identify potential clients, foster relationships, and secure new accounts, earning competitive commissions for successful sales and subsequently passing them over to sales account managers for ongoing management and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the telecom industry, with a strong history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent understanding of telecom products and services, including VOIP, networking solutions, mobile services, etc.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
